Nate worked with his Home Designer and his Clients, Warren & Marsha, to design their beautiful Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit. Nate and His Team assisted in the Building Permit Process with Site Planning, Storm Drainage, Septic System & Landscaping.  Home is 1248 sf, includes Vaulted Ceilings in Living Areas, Huge Open Living for Kitchen, Dining & Great Room w/Fireplace, 2-bdrms, includes spacious Master Bedroom & Bath, large Utility & Mud Room plus an extraordinary 4-Car Garage (24’ x 47’).

Nate built a 30’ x 30’ Detached Garage for Dan & Connie next to their Lake Cabin in Thurston County. The Garage includes two 10’ x 9’ roll up Doors, passage door, two large windows and a Utility Room. Above the Garage is almost 900 sf of heated floor space with a gigantic Bonus Room + Kitchen + 3/4 Bath and lots of Windows with a View of the Lake.

Nate worked with his Home Designer and his Clients, Julie & Rob to design their gorgeous Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit and constructed a 1-bedroom with a large Walk-in closet, 3/4 Bath, Utility Room and an Open Living Kitchen and Great Room & Lots of Windows. The Garage is an oversized 3-Car Garage plus Shop Area (46’ x 18’).
