Whittington Homes’ Land Use Team ( Rick Gienger & Stacia Marshall ) will assist Nate’s Clients when called upon. Most of the time simply to assist the Clients in connecting with the correct professional designers and engineers (i.e. civils, geotechs, biologists). The Team can also manage the permit process in behalf of the Client. Nate himself will work with Clients during the Home Designing Process including Structural Engineering of the home.

The Journey for a Building Permit in today’s regulatory environment can be overwhelming for the average homeowner and in these cases the Land-Use Team will step in and make the journey as painless as possible.
