Whittington Homes Inc (WHI) has chosen as our Marketing Team Representative, Harvest Realty Inc & Rick Gienger. Rick will act as our Designated Broker and will answer general questions about our upcoming plat of Hamilton Estates as well as the future custom home construction. Rick will list our plat in the Northwest MLS under a “Letter of Authorization” and will entertain general inquiries about the plat and future homes we will construct in Hamilton Estates.
Whittington Homes anticipates the recording of the Final Plat at the end of April 2026. Depending on the final plat process, Harvest Realty would like to present formal Listings for Sale in late April or early May with custom home plans.
Home Pricing is estimated at this time from $1,095,000 to $1,250,000.
The Approximate Home Sizes will range between 3,000 to 3,800 Square Feet.
