Nate assisted Brian and Melissa in working with Nate’s Home Designer to complete their Home Plans for their Dream Home. The home is a one and a half story, European Craftsman style with steep roofs one and a huge Bonus Room on the upper level with a half bath, large storage room plus walk-in closet. The main level has 3182-square feet, upper floor has 810-square feet and an attached garage with 1092-square feet. There is an Outdoor Living Area with a Fireplace and 406-square feet. The Home has 3 full baths on the main level and a half bath on the upper floor. The Home has dynamic vaulted ceilings and finishes.

Nate assisted Chase and Amanda in working with Nate’s Home Designer to complete their Home Plans for their Dream Home. The home sits on a shy 5-acres with views of Puyallup Valley. The home is a one and a half story, European Craftsman style with steep roofs and spectacular Vaulted Ceilings and finishes. The Home has 3630-square-feet on the Main Level and 1109-square-feet on the Upper Level. 3.5-Baths of the main level and 1-full bath on the upper level. Nate constructed David and Sharon’s (Client) Custom Home using their Home Plans. The Client had an older ADU (assessor dwelling unit) on the property and had already installed the Septic Drain-field for their proposed New Home. Nate’s Building Team assisted the Client thru the Land-use & permitting process up thru issuance of the Building Permit. The Home is a Gorgeous Traditional European 2-Story with Lots of Lots of Beautiful Stone-work. The Main level has 2086-square feet and 2.5-Baths with Fabulous Kitchen huge Great Room, large Morning Room with access to a Front Yard Covered Out-door Living Area perfect for early morning Coffee & Chat plus a Covered Rear Yard Out-Door Living Area. The Upper Floor has 1093-square feet with Two Full Baths and Large Bonus Room, Exercise Room and Art Room.

Don & Denise provided Nate with finished Building Plans and told him to go to work. Nate got involved with Sitework on their 1.13-acre, Mt Rainier View LOT. Nate worked with his Geotechnical Engineer for soil typing, infiltration testing and water table monitoring; and Civil Engineer for Storm Drainage Designs. He demolished the old existing home on the property and then moved to Site Grading & Retaining Wall construction, preparing for the Foundation and Home construction. The Client had already designed and received Approval of the Septic System, which Nate had installed…. The Home is an Elegant 1-1/2 STORY Home with over 3500 square feet which includes upstairs living for Guests with a full bath. The Elegance is framed with beautiful white craftsmanship millwork trims and moldings and a lavish abundance of Cabinets through out the Home.
