Whittington Homes Inc., founded by Nate Whittington, is a home building company dedicated to crafting high-quality, thoughtfully designed residences. Built on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and personalized service, the company has earned a reputation for turning dream homes into reality.

Nate Whittington married Jorden Gienger on August 7th, 2000. Nate & Jorden moved to Puyallup, WA in 2002 where they started their building journey together. They have 4 children, Brooklyn, Trent, Harper & Bristol. When Nate and Jorden are not working, they enjoy coaching and mentoring their kids in basketball, football, softball, baseball & soccer. Waterskiing with Nate’s family in California is also a highlight & Nate was near a scratch golfer before he started raising his 4-children.

Jorden has great passion and talent for interior design, finishes, colors while connecting styles & desired furnishings, which she does for Nate in all his spec homes construction. Upon request from custom clients, Jorden enjoys working with them, assisting in coordinating their interior finishes to achieve their perfect home.

Nate and his team are people of faith; taking pride in their work and having fun while doing it. They strive to serve their clients with quality & innovative construction and design. His team includes his wife Jorden and extended family, Rick & Sandi Gienger of Harvest Realty Inc. 

Rick assists Nate with regulatory authorities in regards to Land Use issues, Entitlements & the Permit Processing up through building permit issuance. Sandi is Rick’s right arm, assisting him with regulatory jurisdictions and their staff.

Nate is further supported with a meticulous project manager & bookkeeper, Stacia, who also assists Rick in all permitting & land use processing.

Nate is a 3rd generation builder & developer. Nate has worked diligently the past 23 years with his development team to develop over 20-plats & short plats totaling over 400-lots. During his 23 years Nate also built over 175 custom & spec homes not including several Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and some multi-family units.

Touring Nate’s residential neighborhoods reveal Nate’s passion for landscaping. One can drive through any of Nate’s past plats (Including Calvert Ridge, Eagle Heights, Maple Heights, Forest Canyon Heights, Ridge View Estates & Rhodes Lake) and see the pride of ownership in his home construction by framing his homes with beautiful, irrigated landscaping that continues to shine.
