Forest Canyon Heights

Forest Canyon is a gorgeous residential plat of 23 elegant homes built by Nate Whittington in a gated community located in Lake Tapps.

Eagle Heights

Eagle Heights Plat - another beautiful Whittington Homes Plat with 16 Lots  located North and adjacent to The Calvert Ridge Plat and was constructed soon after the completion of Calvert Ridge.  The Whittington Homes in Eagle Heights (like Calvert Ridge), were   constructed with the same level of Quality and Craftsmanship and surrounded by the same beautiful landscaping. 

The Plat Name of “Eagle Heights”  was inspired by the Local Eagle that raised her little Eaglets in a tall tree located in the Northwest corner of the Plat.

Calvert Ridge

The Calvert Ridge Plat is a beautiful Residential Plat with 32 Lots located less than a mile away from Whittington Homes’ soon coming Plat of Hamilton Estates.

Calvert Ridge was the second Plat that Nate Whittington and his Team, designed & built over 20-years ago and displays Nate’s passion for his building profession and for landscaping.
